Monkey Bear Complex Care was founded with a mission to redefine care for children with complex medical needs. Through our unique approach and unwavering dedication, we aim to make a positive impact in the lives of every child and family we serve.

The Founder Katie Donnelly, Registered Paediatric Nurse, tells the story of where Monkey Bear Complex Care Ltd began:

"After working within the NHS for many years, I was recruited for a family who needed support for their child at home. This was a life and career changing moment. I realised, this was an area of nursing which is so professionally and personally fulfilling. Over 5 years, it became apparent that the standards of care in the community are inconsistent. So many families are left feeling frustrated and unhappy with care agencies.

 I have developed a passion of supporting the team around me to be the best they can be and give children and families confidence in the care they receive. I feel extremely fortunate to share moments in the lives of children and families. My vision is to provide the level of care and support I would want for my own children. These morals and values will be the foundations and success of Monkey Bear Complex Care Ltd."
